Notice of application for a
Variation of a Premises Licence
Dardania Place Ltd has applied for a Variation of its
premises licence for the premises at 457 Hagley
Road, Smethwick B66 4AU. The licensable activities
are for the extended area of the premises i.e. the
timber structure to the front, with the same hours and
activities as the remainder of the building. There are
no additional hours added to this application. Activity,
Sunday - Tuesday, Wednesday - Saturday. Sale of
alcohol for consumption ‘On’ the premises, 1100 –
0000 hrs, 1100 – 0130 hrs. Regulated Entertainment,
2300 – 0000 hrs, 2300 – 0000 hrs. Late Night
Refreshment 2300 – 0000 hrs, 2300 – 0130 hrs. The
record of this application may be inspected at that
address during normal office hours and a summary
is published at www.sandwell.gov.uk. Anyone
wishing to make a representation to this application
may do so by 6 July 2021. A record of the application
made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a
register at the address given below and the register
may be inspected during normal office hours. All
representations regarding this application must be in
