The following application is being advertised because it is a Major
application, which affects the line of a Public Right of Way
P20/1470 – The Occupier for Erection of 4 no. dormer bungalows,
1 no. dwelling house, 15 no. flats and 1 no. housing support office
with associated works at Land adjacent and opposite to 17,
Foredraft Street, Cradley, Halesowen, B63 2DD
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS)
REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a
Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P20/1474 – The Occupier for Change of Use from residential
dwelling (C3) to Chiropractic Clinic (E) at Hillcrest, Cobden Street,
Wollaston, Stourbridge, DY8 3RU
