www.highland.gov.uk THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL The Council has made The Highland Council (U3811 Benula Road (Part), Inverness) (Temporary Traffic Prohibition) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and related legislation, to temporarily prohibit traffic from using the U3811 from its junction with the U4006 Glendoe Terrace to its junction with the U4065 Kilmuir Road. The closure is required in the interests of public safety during public utility infrastructure maintenance works and will apply when a prohibition is identified by means of one or more of the appropriate temporary traffic signs as prescribed in the ‘Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016’. The Order shall come into effect at 08:00 hours on Monday 29 April 2024 and shall remain in force until 18:00 hours on Wednesday 8 May 2024.
