PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (THE NURSERIES, ST MADOES) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2024 On 27/3/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on The Nurseries, St Madoes from its junction with Number 4 The Nurseries to its junction with the access to the property Tigh Dawn a distance of 67.60 metres or thereby. Alternative route: Local access given when safe to do so. This applies from 5/4/24 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water ironwork repairs. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
