PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (A923 ATHOLL STREET/A923 BRIDGE STREET/HIGH STREET/ SPOUTWELL, DUNKELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024 On 27/3/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (a) the A923 Atholl Street from its junction with the High Street to its junction with the access to Dunkeld House Hotel a distance of 310.60 metres or thereby; (b) the A923 Bridge Street from its junction with Brae Street to a point 110.95 metres south a distance of 110.95 metres or thereby; (c) the High Street from its junction with the A923 Bridge Street to its junction with The Cross a distance of 91.20 metres or thereby; and (d) Spoutwell from its junction with Atholl Gardens to its junction with the access to Spoutwells House a distance of 211.09 metres or thereby. This applies from 8/4/24 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit CCTV survey works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
