SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL The Borough Council of Sandwell (Cranford Street, Smethwick) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2021 intends to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along William Avery Drive and Arthur Keen Drive, Smethwick with temporary 2 way lights on Cranford Street. The diversion will be signed as William Avery Drive, Soap Works Drive, Joseph Nettlefold Drive, Arthur Keen Drive and vice versa. The maximum duration is 18 months but the work is expected to be completed by 21/10/2021 effective from 09/08/2021. Purpose – provide re-surfacing and re-kerbing for new development by Stave-Con for Sandwell MBC.
