DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991) THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF DUDLEY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN RUSSELLS HALL ROAD AND LANGSTONE ROAD) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily close the Public Right of Way between Russells Hall Road and Langstone Road, Dudley (known as footpath D27A) The order shall come into force on 26 th January 2021 as an extension of the emergency closure beginning on 22 nd December 2020 and remain in force until 21 st June 2021. The purpose of the closure is to safely facilitate the construction of 12no. apartments for Dudley MBC. The alternative route for pedestrians will be via Russells Hall Road, Hinbrook Road, Langstone Road, and vice versa.
