NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Matthew William Winnall late of Ashley House, Grove Street, St. Georges, Telford TF2 9JW who died on the 8th February 2020 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the October 14, 2020. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
