The full application can be inspected at Telford & Wrekin Council, Licensing, Addenbrooke House, Ironmasters Way, Telford, TF3 4NT during normal business hours. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 11/10/2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
