TELFORD & WREKIN COUNCIL OFF STREET PARKING PLACES ORDER 2019 - NEWPORT Notice is hereby given that The Borough of Telford & Wrekin Council proposes to make the Telford & Wrekin Council Off Street Parking Places Order 2019 – Newport under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of this order is as follows: 1. The parking places subject to this Order are all in Newport, Shropshire at New Street, Victoria Park, Stafford Street and Water Lane (“the Parking Places”). 2. The Order specified in Schedule One of this Order shall cease to have effect insofar as it relates to the Parking Places described in Column 1 of Schedules Two and Three to this Order. 3. This order shall introduce arrangements for use of the Parking Places, introduce maximum permitted parking periods and introduce excess charges for contravention of this Order. 4. A copy of the Order, the relevant plans, a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order and details of any affected orders may be examined during usual office hours at Telford & Wrekin, Addenbrooke House, Ironmasters Way, Telford, TF3 4NT.
