STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (CANNOCK CHASE) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONVERSION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT) NO. 47/2021 Staffordshire County Council on 25th November 2021 made a Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to Introduce NoWaiting at Any Time on Hagley Rd and Chase Side Dr, Rugeley and No Waiting between the hours of 08:00 and 09:30 and between 14:30 and 16:00 on Monday to Friday inclusive on Chase Side Dr and Pool Meadow Cl, Rugeley. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH, and during opening hours at Rugeley Library, Anson Street, Rugeley, Staffordshire or at: www.staffordshire.gov.uk/trafficregulation orders. Persons questioning the validity or provisions of the Order on the grounds that such powers are not conferred by the Act, or that any requirement or instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date the Order was made apply to the High Court. The Order will commence on 29th November 2021.
