It provides an independent and high-level focus on the audit, assurance and reporting arrangements that underpin good governance and financial standards. We are looking to appoint a second independent person with experience in areas such as audit and assurance, risk management, accounting or a financial management background, to join ourAudit and Risk Committee and provide us with an external and independent view on our discussions. Relevant training will be provided and out of pocket expenses are payable.
