Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that SC Restaurants (UK) Limited has applied to Cannock Chase District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chicken, Unit FB03, West Midlands Designer Outlet, Eastern Way, Cannock, WS11 7FJ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. Supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) 10:00 – midnight 7 days a week. 2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors) 23:00 – midnight 7 days a week. 3. Opening hours 08:00 – 00:30 7 days a week. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Unit Cannock Chase District Council, Civic Centre, Beecroft Road, Cannock, WS11 1BG no later than 25th May 2021 stating the grounds for representation.
