PUBLIC NOTICE David Pattison Director of Governance and Solicitor to the Council Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square Wolverhampton WV1 1RG THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (CHEM ROAD BP259) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting pedestrians from proceeding on Chem Road (BP259) for its entire length between Chem Road/ Chestom Road and Coronation Road. The Order may operate for a maximum period of six months, and it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 13 May 2021 until 12 November 2021. The diversion route is: Coronation Road, Bagnall Road, Livingstone Road BP260, Livingstone Road and vice versa. The Order is required to facilitate development works by Wolverhampton City Council.
