PUBLIC NOTICE David Pattison Director of Governance and Solicitor to the Council Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square Wolverhampton WV1 1RG THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (ORCHARD ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Orchard Road in both directions at its junction with Bellamy Lane. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months’, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 10 May 2021 until 12 May 2021. The diversion route is: Bellamy Lane, Wood End Road and vice versa. The Order is required to facilitate a boundary box and meter installation by Severn Trent Water. Dated 3 May 2021
