NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an
application was made to Sandwell
Council for a variation of its Premises
Licence under the above Act on
30th March 2021 by Taste Harmony
Limited in relation to Taste Harmony,
Harmony House, 100 Waterloo Road,
Smethwick, B66 4JN.
It is proposed that the premises
licence will be varied to increase
the hours for the sale of alcohol
by retail for consumption off the
premises to 12:00 to 05:00 and late
night refreshment to 23:00 to 05:00,
Monday to Sunday.
A register of licensing applications
is held by the Licensing Authority
and can be inspected at: Trading
Standards and Licensing, Sandwell

Any person wishing to submit
representations to this application
must give notice in writing to Trading
Standards and Licensing, Sandwell
Council House, Po Box 2372, Oldbury,

It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application. The
maximum fine for which a person
is liable on summary conviction
for making a false statement is an
unlimited fine.
