PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 19 (PART) AND 20 (PART)
CHESLYN HAY PARISH
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Staffordshire County
Council, on 23 February 2021, made an Order the effect of
which is to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along:
Part of Public Footpath No. 19 Cheslyn Hay Parish – from the
property boundary of No. 12 for a distance of approximately
24 metres in a northerly direction, followed by approximately
28 metres in a north westerly direction.
Part of Public Footpath No. 20 Cheslyn Hay Parish – from the
south of the property boundary of No. 40 and adjacent to the
railway line for a distance of approximately 40 metres in a
southerly direction.
The closure is required to allow for Severn Trent Water upgrade
works.
A plan will be displayed showing the length of public footpaths
to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 01 March 2021 and will
remain in force for a period of six months or until the Severn
Trent Water upgrade works are complete, whichever is the
earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be
extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary
of State.

Humphries Holdings Ltd application for the erection of a
proposed office, vehicle storage and a maintenance building at
the extant renewable energy facility at Land off Cocksparrow
Lane, Huntingdon. The development may not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which
the land to which the application relates is situated as land lies
within the Green Belt.
