The following applications have been received by the Council:
P21/0303 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 9 of approved
planning application P18/0122 to allow takeaway use at the premises
until 31st March 2022 between the hours of 4pm and 11pm Mondays
to Fridays, 10am and 11pm Saturdays and 10am and 10:30pm
on Sundays and Bank Holidays at 12, Halesowen Road, Halesowen,
B62 9AA

These applications affect the character or appearance of a
Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P21/0181 – The Occupier for Single storey rear extension, installation
of ramp to front elevation (following demolition of porch) at 40A, King
Street, Wollaston, Stourbridge, DY8 3QF
P21/0217 – The Occupier for Change of use of land to provide
extended use of test track at Castle Hill Development Site, Station
Drive, Dudley, DY1 4SQ
Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications
should write to the address below or submit direct on the website
within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice.

Internet.
