SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL The council proposes to make The Borough Council of Sandwell (Waiting and Loading Restrictions, Smethwick) (Traffic Regulation Order) 2021 which will have the effect of introducing the following amendments:- 1) Introducing ‘No Loading at Any Time’ restrictions on all four corners of the crossroads junction of St Pauls Road and Holly Lane, Smethwick. 2) Extend all existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on all four corners of the crossroads junction of St Pauls Road and Holly Lane to match the new loading restrictions. 3) Introduce ‘Loading Only at Any Time’ restrictions in part of Holly Lane, Smethwick near the junction with St Pauls Road to service the retail facility. 4) Extend the existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Dog Kennel Lane, both sides from the traffic island junction with Bristnall Hall Road and on the west side of Bristnall Hall Road from that same island.
