Notice is hereby given that: It is the intent of Walsall MBC and local business owners after 21 days of this publication, to erect a vehicle and pedestrian gate to enclose land to the rear of shops in Corporation St at the corner of Watery Lane Walsall (WS1 4HW/WS1 4HS). Ownership of this land which is currently attracting issues of fly-tipping and Anti Social Behaviour, causing harassment, alarm and distress to local residents and businesses is not registered at the Land Registry.
