3 into 5 units. Elevational changes to include new roller shutters,
new doors & windows and cladding. New car parking layout, new
2.5m high wall & railings and sliding gate. At

P20/0587 – The Occupier for Demolition of existing garages and
erection of 2 no. dwellings at Garage site adj. to 15 Belle Vue
Road, Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill, DY5 1AD
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS)
REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a
Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P20/0610 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 2 of
P19/0175 comprising of design change amendments to include
an additional external door from the courtyard to stairwell 1,
and two existing rear doors to be removed and replaced with
windows at Bell Hotel, 20, Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AG
Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications

within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice.
