DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (WEST END PERIPHERAL CAR PARKS) ORDER 2019 Notice is hereby given that on 16/9/19, Dundee City Council made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into operation on 23/9/19. The proposed Order was advertised in the Evening Telegraph on 7/5/19 and 31/5/19, and the effect of the Order is as advertised in the said Notices. A copy of the Order may be examined during normal office hours and without payment of fee at Dundee City Council offices, Reception, 20 City Sq, Dundee during a period of 21 days from 20/9/19. Any persons wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that the Order is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in any relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from 20/9/19, make application to the Court of Session for this purpose.
