THE FIFE COUNCIL www.fifedirect.org.uk SCHEDULE 5, Regulation 20 THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 20 The proposed development at Easter Bucklyvie Farm Easter Bucklyvie Crossgates Fife is subject to assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017. Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Mr Duncan Collier relating to the planning application (Ref: 19/00849/EIA) for Extraction of 4.95 million tonnes of quartz-dolerite stone by surface extraction methods, including stone processing (comprising crushing and screening), formation of landscaped acoustic bunding and, restoration. Possible decisions relating to the application are:- (i) approval of the application without conditions; (ii) approval of the application with conditions; (iii) refusal of the application. A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be viewed online at www. fifedirect.org.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Fife Council – Economy, Planning and Employability, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5LY Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from AMS Associates Ltd, 2 Shorehead, Kingskettle, Cupar, Fife KY15 7PH at a cost of £120.00 in paper format or £15.00 for CD format. The non technical summary is available free of charge, separately on request.
