PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (LINTIBERT TERRACE, MUTHILL) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021 On 21/10/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of Lintibert Terrace from its junction with Lintibert Road for its full length to the access to the property known as Green Brae a distance of 161.47 metres or thereby. Alternative route:– There will be local access as and when it is safe to do so. This applies from 2/11/21 for an estimated period of 2 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
