PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (ST CATHERINE’S ROAD, PERTH (EASTBOUND)) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021 On 21/10/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily (i) prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of St Catherine’s Road, Perth (eastbound) from its junction with the A85 Dunkeld Road to its junction with the roundabout leading to the Retail Park a distance of 154.67 or thereby; (ii) prohibit all vehicles coming from Bannatyne’s Health Club direction to the roundabout from turning right onto St Catherines’s Road. They should turn left and follow the alternative route; and (iii) prohibit all vehicles coming from Sports Direct direction to the roundabout from turning left onto St Catherine’s Road. They should turn right and follow the alternative route. The alternative route for vehicles for (i), (ii) and (iii) is via:- St Catherine’s Road – Longcauseway – Caledonian Road – Barrack Street – Dunkeld Road. This applies from 4/11/21 for an estimated period of 2 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
