Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013. Second pre-application consultation on behalf of Taylor
Wimpey UK Limited for a proposed residential development and associated works on land north
of Victoria Street, Monifieth DD5 4SU.
The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements:
• Details of the proposed development can be viewed at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/victoria-street.
• Representatives of the Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals via a second
online web-based chat which can be accessed via www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/victoria-street on
Wednesday 18 August between 1.30pm to 3.30pm and 5.00pm to 7.30pm.
• Comments on the proposed development can be made using the consultation response
feedback form available via www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/victoria-street.
• Paper copies of the online presentation and feedback form can be obtained by contacting the
Applicant via the contact details set out below. Persons unable to return feedback forms online
or via email, should return completed feedback forms to the Applicant at the address below.
• Persons wishing to comment on our proposals can do so via the feedback form on our
website or the contact details set out below.
Please ensure your comments are submitted no later than 1

September 2021. The Applicant will
endeavour to respond to any questions and requests for clarification by 8

September 2021.
