The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Regulation 7(2)(b) PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT Proposal: Proposed energy storage facility consisting of around 50 containerised battery storage modules and associated transformers and switch gear Site Location: Vacant land on southern side of Dunsinane Avenue, south of Booker Wholesale and west of Kingsway Farm pub. DD2 3QN. An online presentation using the ‘Zoom’ application is being held for the purposes of community consultation in relation to the above development proposal. This presentation will take place on the 12th of August 2021 between the hours of 3pm and 7pm, and should be accessed via the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/2272520580 If you are unable to access the online presentation, wish to discuss the proposal or require any further information, please contact the prospective developer Gigabox Developments by contacting their agent Dan Grierson on 07545336960 or by email at dan@theenergyworkshop.co.uk Further information is also available on the project website at: https://locheeenergystorageproject.com You are able to make comments on the proposal directly to the developer at this stage, either at the above event, by telephone, email or in writing to: Gigabox Developments Limited, c/o The Energy Workshop Limited, The Media Centre, 7 Northumberland Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1RL. These comments must be submitted no later than the 3rd of September 2021. Please note that all comments must be sent to the developer to the contact details stated above and NOT to Dundee City Council.
