STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT SCREENING DETERMINATION Notice of the Determination that the proposed Fife Council: Draft Fife Air Quality Strategy 2021-2025 will not be required to go through the full Strategic Environmental Assessment process ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 As required under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, The Fife Council has reviewed the likely significance of the environmental effects of the proposed Draft Fife Air Quality Strategy 2021 – 2025. The Fife Council has made a determination under Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 that the Draft Fife Air Quality Strategy 2021 – 2025 is unlikely to result in any significant environmental effects. The Draft Fife Air Quality Strategy 2021 – 2025will therefore not be subject to a full Strategic Environmental Assessment.
