PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (OAKBANK CRESCENT/FAIRIES ROAD, PERTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2021 On 28/4/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from parking and/or loading on both sides of (a) Oakbank Crescent from its junction with Fairies Road to its junction with the private access to Number 60 Oakbank Crescent a distance of 94.8 metres or thereby and (b) Fairies Road from its junction with Oakbank Road to its junction with the private access to Number 10 Fairies Road a distance of 127.7 metres or thereby. This applies on 10/5/21 for an estimated period of 3 days to permit the installation of school exclusion signs. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
