Notice of Adoption of the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2021 Town and Country Planning (Development Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as modified) Notice is given that the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) adopted the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2021 on 26 March 2021. The Plan replaces the Local Development Plan 2015. In line with the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, paper copies of the Plan are not currently available for inspection, however once restrictions have eased copies will be available during opening hours at the CNPA office in Grantown-on-Spey, at public libraries and some Council offices in the Park.
