The Marine Licensing (Pre-application Consultation) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 In accordance with the Marine Licensing Regulations 2013, notice is hereby given that Fairhurst (on behalf of Port of Dundee) will be submitting an application for a marine licence to Marine Scotland under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. Marine Licence application for the construction of a quayside and associated dredging at at the Port of Dundee. Fairhurst will be holding a pre-application public consultation event, where plans and supporting documents showing the position and nature of the works will be displayed. The event will be held on the 8th January 2020, between 10am – 2pm at: APEX CITY QUAY HOTEL 1 WEST VICTORIA DOCK ROAD, DUNDEE, DD1 3JP Copies of the application and associated information may also be viewed online at: www.fairhurst.co.uk/ consultations If you have any questions or wish to make comments on the proposal please do not hesitate to contact sophie.gooch@fairhurst.co.uk. All comments relating to the proposal should be received no later than 28th January 2020. Comments made to Fairhurst on behalf of the prospective applicant are not representations to the Scottish Ministers. If the prospective applicant makes an application for a marine licence there will be an opportunity for representations to be made to the Scottish Ministers on the application.
