PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (MELVILLE STREET/BAROSSA STREET, PERTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING & LOADING) ORDER 2019 On 13/8/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads:- (1) Melville Street between the A989 Atholl Street and Low Street junctions for 147.81 metres or thereby; and (2) Barossa Street between the A989 Atholl Street and Barossa Place junctions for 130 metres or thereby. This applies from 28/8/19 for an estimated period of 3 nights to permit BT works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
