PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (MEIGLE/COUPAR ANGUS/ARDLER AND HALLYBURTON) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019 On 12/8/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of (i) the C18 Meigle from its junction with the B954 Dundee Road Meigle to its junction with the U139 Ardler a distance of 4.12 kilometres or thereby; (2) the U140 Meigle from its junction with the A94 to its junction with the B954 a distance of 2.99 kilometres or thereby; (3) the U348 Coupar Angus from its junction with the C18 to its junction with the C16 a distance of 596.81 metres or thereby; (4) the U350 Ardler from its junction with the A94 to its junction with the C18 a distance of 1.32 kilometres or thereby; and (5) the C14 Hallyburton from its junction with the A923 to its junction with the C16 Newtyle a distance of 5.35 kilometres or thereby. Alternative routes: A94 – U140 – B954; (2) A94 – C18; (3) C18 – C20 – C16; (4) A94 – U139 – C18; (5) A923 – C16. This applies from 19/8/19 for an estimated period of six weeks to permit carriageway patching works. The works will be done in separate phases. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
