PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (C432 WESTER ESSENDY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019 On 23/5/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving and parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the C432 Wester Essendy from its junction with the U112 to its junction with the B947 a distance of 2.79 kilometres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- B947 – C433 – A923 – C430. This applies from 3/6/19 for an estimated period of 1 week to permit resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
