PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (NEWTON STREET, BLAIRGOWRIE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019 On 14/5/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Newton Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with the A93 Perth Street to its junction with the private access to 8 Newton Street, Blairgowrie for 34.48 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: West George Street – Lochy Street – A93 Perth Street. This applies from 26/5/19 for an estimated period of 1 week to permit BT maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
