PERTH AND KINROSS COUNCIL (DAVID STREET, BLAIRGOWRIE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019 On 14/5/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of David Street, Blairgowrie between the Newton Terrace and George Street junctions for 200 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: George Street – Newton Street – Newton Terrace. This applies from 27/5/19 for an estimated period of 1 week to permit foul water works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Access to premises will be maintained.
