ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (LOANHEAD
TERRACE, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC
MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2025
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order
in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 until
17:00 on 31 January, 2025, is to close Loanhead Terrace,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Rosemount Place and
the north boundary of 16 Loanhead Terrace. An alternative
route is available via Rosemount Place, Skene Square,
Rosemount Terrace, Watson Street and Loanhead Place.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose
on either side of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting
restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting
cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the
owner’s expense. During this time the existing one-way
restriction on Loanhead Terrace, Aberdeen, between its
junction with Rosemount Place and Loanhead Place, shall
be suspended.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during
repairs works by Circet for Openreach.
