KNOWN AS STEVE BAKER, formerly residing at
48 Albury Mansions, Albury Road, Aberdeen, AB11
6TJ and whose current whereabouts are unknown.
If STEPHEN MATHIESON BAKER OTHERWISE
KNOWN AS STEVE BAKER wishes to defend the
action or make any claim, he should lodge a Notice of
Intention to Defend with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen
Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Queen Street,
Aberdeen, AB10 1AQ within 21 days of this notice.
If he fails to do so decree may be granted against him.
