PUBLIC CONSULTATION – Bettyhill Wind
Farm phase 2: grid connection route
Eden Renewables is proposing to submit a planning
application for the cable route to connect the recently
consented Bettyhill Wind Farm phase 2 with the electricity
grid at Dounreay substation. Cables will be buried
underground for the full length of the 31 km route, mainly
in the road verge of the A836.
Local residents are invited to attend either of two
consultation events:
Wednesday 17th April 2024, 2.30 to 6.30 pm
A drop-in event at Bettyhill Village Hall,
Thurso, KW14 7SS
Wednesday 1st May, 6.30 - 7.30 pm
A virtual online meeting using the Zoom webinar platform.
