THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE 11, REGENT WALK AND ORCHARD STREET,
ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition
of driving on Regent Walk between its junction with King Street and the boundary between the rear
of No 560 King Street and 1 Regent Walk. An alternative route is available via King Street, Seaton
Roundabout, School Road and Golf Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the south side
of the same street from 08:00 until 17:00 on 12 April, 2021. Access to properties will be maintained,
but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the north side of
Orchard Street between its junction with Spital and opposite the boundary between No’s 61 & 63
Orchard Street from 08:00 on 13 April, 2021, until 17:00 on 15 April, 2021.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Thomson Street Lane,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Rosemount Place and a point 10 metres in a northerly direction
from 08:00 on 15 April, 2021, until 17:00 on 16 April, 2021. An alternative route is available via
Rosemount Place, Thomson Street and Loanhead Place. Access to properties will be maintained,
but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a temporary one-way restriction on Watson
Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Westburn Road and Rosemount Place from 08:00 on 20
April, 2021, until 17:00 on 22 April, 2021. The permitted direction of travel will be southbound only. An
alternative route for northbound vehicles is available via Rosemount Place and Loanhead Terrace.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and
17:00 Mon-Sat; Loanhead Place, Rosemount Place, Thomson Street, Thomson Street Lane, Wallfield

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets:
Corndavon Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Derry Place and the gable end of number 52

Craigendarroch Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Invercauld Gardens and the boundary
between number 33 and 35 Craigendarroch Avenue from 08:00 on 17 May, 2021, until 17:00 on 18

end of number 13 Gairnshiel Avenue from 08:00 on 19 May, 2021, until 17:00 on 20 May, 2021. An
alternative route is available via Invercauld Gardens, Craigendarroch Avenue and Invercauld Road;
Invercauld Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junction with Craigendarroch Avenue and the boundary
between number 45 and 47 Invercauld Gardens from 08:00 on 21 May, 2021, until 17:00 on 22 May,
2021. An alternative route is available via Craigendarroch Avenue, Cairnwell Drive and Gairnshiel
Avenue. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and
17:00 Mon-Sat Cairnwell Drive, Cairnwell Place, Craigendarroch Avenue, Craigendarroch Place, Derry
Avenue, Gairnshiel Avenue, Invercauld Gardens, Invercauld Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 14 April,
2021, until 17:00 on 25 May, 2021.
The above orders have been made to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out
by City Fibre.
Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full
duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions
will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a time. Illegally
parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense.

THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CROWN TERRACE, St. JOHN’S PLACE, ABERDEEN)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 10 April, 2021, until
17:00 on 11 April, 2021, is to suspend parking for any purpose on either side of Crown Terrace,
Aberdeen, between its north junction with Crown Lane and its junction with St. John’s Place. The no-
waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be
removed at the owner’s expense. From 08:00 until 17:00 on 11 April, 2021, no person shall drive, or
cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, between its north junction with
Crown Lane and its junction with St. John’s Place. An alternative route is available via Crown Street
and St. John’s Place. Also, from 12:00 until 17:00 on 11 April, 2021, no person shall drive, or cause or
permit any vehicle to be driven on St. John’s Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Lane

15:30 on Wednesday, 14 April 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cults Avenue,
Aberdeen, between its junctions with Kirk Crescent South and Cults Gardens. Access to properties will
be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Hillview Road,

of driving on Cummings Park Crescent, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 46-48 and
50-52 Cummings Park Crescent to the boundary between numbers 54-56 and 58-60 Cummings Park
Crescent. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. Access

MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2021
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will come into operation from
00:01 on 6 April 2021, until 23:59 on 30 March 2022, is to impose certain lengths of prohibition of
waiting at any time on the roads listed in the first schedule. Exemptions will apply as usual to the
picking up or setting down of passengers, loading or unloading, blue badge holders not causing an
obstruction, funeral vehicles, and vehicles parked with the consent of the Council in direct association
with authorised roadworks or building works. These measures are necessary to prevent indiscriminate
parking, facilitate the safe moving of vehicles around Seaton Park and protect public safety.

of driving on Great Western Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Hammersmith Road to the eastern
boundary of the electricity sub-station. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which will operate from 00:01 on
4 January 2021, until 23:59 on 2 July 2023, is to impose traffic management restrictions on any of
the roads as contained within the list of Adopted Highways within Aberdeen City. These restrictions
may include parking restrictions, reduced speed limits, reduced weight limits, reduced width limits,
road closures, one-way restrictions and / or prohibitions of certain manoeuvres. A full list of the
