THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (ELMBANK
TERRACE, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2020
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect
of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 5 December, 2020,
until 18:00 on 6 December, 2020, is to close Elmbank Terrace,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Erskine Street and West
boundary of 49 Elmbank Terrace. An alternative route is available
via Elmfield Avenue, Bedford Place and Erskine Street. There will
also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Elmbank Terrace,
Aberdeen, between its junction with Erskine Street and West
boundary of 49 Elmbank Terrace. The no-waiting restrictions will
be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked
vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The restrictions
are in the interests of public safety during construction works by
Cplan for SSET.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY
PURPOSE) ORDER 2020
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms
of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 7
December, 2020, until 18:00 on 23 December, 2020, is to impose
a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Whitehall Road,
Aberdeen, between its junctions with Whitehall Place and Hamilton
Lane. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of
no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the
owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety
during SGN network upgrade works
