Regulations 2013, as modified by the Town and Country
Planning (Temporary Miscellaneous Modification) (Coronavirus)
(Scotland) Regulations 2020, please see notice below of the
proposed development that is subject to Proposal of Application
Notice (PAN) reference 200638/PAN.
‘Residential development (of up to 150 residential units)
with associated landscaping, parking and infrastructure, on
land at Leggart Brae, (Land to South and West of Deeside
Brae, Aberdeen)’
A live consultation event featuring ‘live chat’ with members of
the project team will be hosted at leggartbrae.com from 4pm
till 8pm on Thursday 6 August 2020. The event will be an
opportunity for the public to look at the emerging proposals for
the site and discuss the proposals with members of the project
team. The images and supporting text for the event can begin to
be viewed from later today (July 30 2020) until 28 August 2020.
In addition to making comments at the public event, and filling
in an online questionnaire, further representations can also
subsequently be made to the project team up to 28 August

While any comments will be helpful to the Project team at this
stage to gauge public reaction to the proposals, the Regulations
do not allow representations to be made to the planning
authority at this time. If the prospective applicant submits an
application, there will be an opportunity to make representations
on the application to the planning authority in due course.
