ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (STIRLING STREET, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY PURPOSE)(NUMBER 2) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 17:00 on 22 October, 2019, until 20:00 on 26 October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Stirling Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Guild Street and the south boundary of 23 Stirling Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Electrical upgrade works for Mandale Construction. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 until 15:30 on 21 October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Tulloch Road, Aberdeen, between Tulloch Farm and the access road to Greenwelltree. An alternative route is available via the C89C Chapel of Stoneywood-Fairley Road, U90C Hope Farm Road, A96 Inverurie Road, B979 Clinterty-Tyrebagger, and the C93C Borrowstone Road. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
