ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (BERRYWELL GARDENS, VICTORIA STREET, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 15:00 on 30 September, 2019, until 06:00 on 5 October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Pitmedden Road and Berrywell Gardens. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. There will be a prohibition of left turn manoeuvres from Berrywell Gardens, Aberdeen, on to Victoria Street, from 21:00 in the evening until 06:00 the following morning, on evenings beginning 30 September, 1, 2, 3, and 4 October, 2019. An alternative route is available via northbound on Victoria Street, Mains of Dyce Roundabout, and southbound on Victoria Street. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works by BT Openreach.
