ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CROWN STREET, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY PURPOSE)(NUMBER 2) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 29 July, 2019, until 18:00 on 2 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the east side Crown Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Terrace and the north boundary of 27 Crown Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during SGN service connection works. Any queries regarding this restriction can be directed to Kier on 01224 222260, or roadworkscoordination@aberdeencity.gov.uk THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (POLMUIR ROAD, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)(NUMBER 3) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 21:00 on 31 July, 2019, until 06:30 on 1 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Polmuir Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Riverside Drive and west boundary of 119 to 133 Polmuir Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Riverside Drive, Great Southern Road, Whinhill Road, Fonthill Road and Polmuir Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during rail bridge refurbishment works. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 on 27 July, 2019, until 16:00 on 2 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Bon Accord Crescent Lane, Aberdeen, between the north boundary of number 15 Bon Accord Crescent Lane and the north boundary of number 18 Bon Accord Crescent Lane. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Oldmill Road, Bon Accord Street, Craibstone Lane and Bon Accord Crescent Lane. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ductworks by Openreach. Any queries regarding this restriction can be directed to Kier on 01224 222260, or response@aberdeencity.gov.uk THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (SCHOOLHILL, UPPERKIRKGATE, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 20:00 on 1 August, 2019, until 20:00 on 4 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Schoolhill, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Back Wynd and Upperkirkgate. From 06:00 on 2 August, 2019, until 20:00 on 4 August, 2019, Schoolhill, Aberdeen will be closed between its junctions with Back Wynd and Upperkirkgate and Upperkirkgate, Aberdeen, Upperkirkgate, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Schoolhill and Flourmill Lane. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Blackfriars Street, St Andrew Street, Charlotte Street, John Street, Loch Street, Berry Street, Gallowgate and Upperkirkgate. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during an Inflatable’s Event By the Bon Accord Centre.
