INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 Granite Rock Casino Limited, Formerly T/A Soul Casino (SC243347) - In Creditors Voluntary Liquidation Notice is hereby given in accordance with rule 4.20 of The Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that I was appointed liquidator of Granite Rock Casino Limited, 333 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6BS, by resolution of the sole member on 28 June 2019. Such appointment was confirmed by the creditors following a decision by deemed consent on 12 July 2019. A liquidation committee was not established. All creditors who have not yet lodged a statement of claim with me are requested to do so in early course.
