ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (B999 TARVES ROAD, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 30 May, 2019, until 22:00 on 10 June, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the B999 Tarves Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with the Newton of Shielhill Road and the access road to Mill of Mundurno. Access to properties will be maintained when possible. An alternative route is available via the B977 Dyce-Balmedie and the A90 Ellon Road. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway surfacing works.
