ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (ROSEMOUNT PLACE, ABERDEEN)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING FOR ANY PURPOSE)(NUMBER 2) ORDER 2019 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 27 May, 2019, until 16:00 on 31 May 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the north side of Rosemount Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with View Terrace and the east boundary of 92 Rosemount Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during water disconnection works by Clancy Group. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 24 May, 2019, until 20:00 on 28 June, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Trinity Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Stirling Street a point 20 metres to the west of this junction, for any purpose other than loading and unloading. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones or dedicated lining. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during refurbishment works on Custom House.
