THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE 27, SEAFIELD, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2022 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets: Seafield Drive East, Aberdeen, from its junction with Seafield Road to the rear of number 112 Seafield Road from 09:00 on 24 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 25 May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Seafield Drive West and Seafield Road; Wellbrae Terrace, Aberdeen, from its junction with Seafield Road and a point 5 metres in a southerly direction from 09:00 on 24 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 25 May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Seafield Road, Seafield Gardens and Countesswells Road; Seafield Drive West, Aberdeen, from its junction with Seafield Road to the rear of number 120 Seafield Road from 09:00 on 26 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 27 May, 2022. An alternative route is available via Seafield Drive East and Seafield Road; Craigielea Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Craigton Road and a point 5 metres in a northerly direction from 09:00 on 31 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 1 June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Craigton Road, Kenfield Crescent and Countesswells Road; Craigielea Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Countesswells Road to the rear of number 23 Countesswells Road from 09:00 until 17:00 on 2 June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Countesswells Road, Kenfield Crescent and Craigton Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of these stretches of roads. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Seafield Road, Aberdeen, from its junction for Great Western Medical practice to the boundary between number 116 and 118 Seafield Road from 09:00 on 24 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 25 May, 2022 and also on either side of Seafield Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Seafield Drive West and Wellbrae Terrace from 09:00 on 26 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 27 May, 2022. THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE PN262, HUTCHEON STREET, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2022 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 26 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 4 June, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Hutcheon Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with George Street to the entrance for Lidl’s. There will be a prohibition of right turns from Hutcheon Street, Aberdeen heading northbound on to George Street. An alternative route is available via Hutcheon Street, Caroline Place, Skene Square, Rosemount Roundabout, Maberly Street and George Street. THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (CITY FIBRE PN207, STONEYWOOD, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2022 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets; Stoneywood Brae, Aberdeen, from its junction with A947 New Stoneywood Road to the entrance to numbers 2-26 Stoneywood Brae from 09:00 on 23 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 24 May, 2022. An alternative route is available via A947 New Stoneywood Road and Beech Manor.; Stoneywood Brae, Aberdeen, from the gable end of number 21 Stoneywood Brae to the gable end of number 33 Stoneywood Brae from 09:00 on 27 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 28 May, 2022. An alternative route is available via A947 New Stoneywood Road and Stoneywood Terrace; Beech Manor, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Ash Place and Aspen Place from 09:00 on 9 June, 2022, until 17:00 on 10 June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Stoneywood Terrace and A947 New Stoneywood Road; Beech Manor, Aberdeen, from its junction with Stoneywood Terrace to the boundary between number 1 and 2 Beech Manor. An alternative route is available via Stoneywood Terrace and A947 New Stoneywood Road and also Polo Park, Aberdeen, from its junction with Stoneywood Terrace to the boundary between number 2 and 4 Polo Park. An alternative route is available via Stoneywood Terrace and Petrie Way from 09:00 on 14 June, 2022, until 17:00 on 15 June, 2022; Beech Manor, Aberdeen, from its northern junction with A947 New Stoneywood Road to the car park entrance to the Co-Op supermarket from 09:00 on 18 June, 2022, until 07:00 on 19 June and also from 25th June, 2022, until 07:00 on 26 June, 2022. An alternative route is available via A947 New Stoneywood Road and the southern junction with A947 New Stoneywood Road; Polo Gardens, Aberdeen, from its junction with Stoneywood Terrace to the front of number 61 Polo Gardens from 09:00 on 23 June, 2022, until 17:00 on 24th June, 2022. An alternative route is available via Stoneywood Terrace and A947 New Stoneywood Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will be a prohibition of right turns from A947 New Stoneywood Road, Aberdeen on to Stoneywood Brae from 09:00 on 23 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 24 May, 2022 and also from A947 New Stoneywood Road, Aberdeen on to Beech Manor from 09:00 on 30 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 31 May, 2022. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Beech Manor, Mill Park Crescent, Mill Park View, Millgrove Road, A947 New Stoneywood Road, Polo Gardens, Polo Park, Stoneywood Road, Stoneywood Terrace, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 23 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 3 July, 2022. The above orders have been made to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre. The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 30 May, 2022, until 17:00 on 3 June, 2022, is to suspend the parking on either side of Claremont Street, Aberdeen, between 8 Claremont Street and its junction with Claremont Gardens. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 17 May, 2022 until 17:00 on 20 June, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on for any purpose on the either side of Clarence Street, Aberdeen, for 20 metres either side of its junction with Lime Street.
