Temporary Closure of Roads in Kirkwall for Norwegian Constitution Day 2022 Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that, in connection with Norwegian Constitution Day, the following roads will be closed and parking will not be permitted on Tuesday 17 May 2022 between the hours of 11.15am and 13.30pm: Albert Street; Bridge Street; Broad Street; Castle Street (car park exit to Broad Street); Palace Road (Watergate to Broad); Tankerness Lane (one way section only); and Victoria Street (Broad Street to Victoria Road).
